PPSC Recruitment 2020 – Apply Online for 544 Principal, Head Master & Education Officer Posts  

Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) has released a notification for the recruitment of new staff for vacant posts of Principal, Head Master/Head Mistresses, Block Primary Education Officer vacancies in the Department of School Education, Govt. of Punjab. The Candidates who’re fulfilling the eligibility criteria for these posts may apply online on or before 30-04-2020. Other details of the qualification, experience, pay scale, and other criteria are given below.

Name of Posts:

1. Principal   - 158 Posts

2. Head Master/Head Mistresses  - 311 Posts

3. Block Primary Education Officer  - 75 Posts

Essential Educational Qualification: 

1. Principal   - B.Ed, PG (Arts, Science, Commerce, Engg) with relevant experience

2. Head Master/Head Mistresses  - Graduation, B.Ed with Experience

3. Block Primary Education Officer - Degree, Two years Elementary Teacher’s Training course, D.El.Ed or B.Ed with Experience

Age Limit: Candidate's age limit of posts must be between 18-37 years Age relaxation is as per govt. rules.

Application Fee

• For SC/ST of all states & BC of Punjab: Rs. 500/- (Application Charges) + RS. 625/- (Exam Fee)
• For Other Categories: Rs. 500/- (Application Charges) + RS. 2500/- (Exam Fee)
• PH of Punjab: Rs. 500/- (Application Charges) + RS. 1250/- (Exam Fee)
• Ex-Servicemen of Punjab: Rs. 500/- (Application Charges)
• Payment Mode (Offline): Bank Challan through any Branch of SBI only.

Selection Process: Selection of Candidates for this Recruitment will be based on the Written exam.
